2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by checkdomain GmbH, Lübeck, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period, unless required for security reasons. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our host.

3. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address to send you news about Air Carrier, such as drop dates and restocks. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. We store the time of sign-up and confirmation as well as your IP address to be able to prove your consent.

The newsletter is sent via Brevo (Brevo SAS, Paris, France). Your data is stored on servers within the EU. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo. Brevo may analyse whether newsletters are opened and which links are clicked, to help us improve our emails.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Your data will then be deleted from the newsletter list.

4. Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. All fonts are hosted locally; no data is transmitted to third-party font providers.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
